Annual dues in the amount of $325 for Canyon Ridge are due every year by January 31st, as stated in the Canyon Ridge Declaration of Covenants & Restriction, Section 10.B.(i). Late fees will be assessed after 30 days.
Invoices are sent by early January. Invoice payments can be put in the drop box or mailed to the following address:

At this time, the HOA is unable to process electronic payments. However, you can set up an automatic monthly bill pay through your bank. You can divide the payments up to work within your budget (monthly or every 6 months, etc) as long as the total amount paid is $325 by January 31st.
